Our Process
Consultation & Inspiration
At the initial meeting, we encourage customers to share their ideas for their landscaping project with one of our designers. Each property is unique in terms of style of home and grading, which can affect the overall design and material choices. You and your designer will brainstorm design and material options and suggestions will be made based on budget. Measurements will then be taken onsite and depending on the scale of your project, the designer may provide you an estimate the same day.
Proposal and Design
Your designer will contact you to arrange a presentation meeting. A detailed landscape design will be presented demonstrating all the different features of your project. Your designer will answer any questions you may have regarding the design, as well as assisting you in final material selections. A written estimate will be provided detailing all the work to be completed. Upon acceptance, a detailed contract of your project will be completed.
Project Coordination
Our project manager will coordinate all materials to be ordered with suppliers and will contact Ontario One Call for utility locates. Also, any necessary permits will be completed prior to commencement of project. You will be contacted in advance to confirm start date and to discuss any final details.
Landscape Construction
Teamwork is what drives the overall process. Your designer shares your vision with the foreman and will highlight key areas of the project. All crew members work together to complete your project in a respectful and timely manner. The crew is highly experienced in using all onsite equipment to complete the excavation and installation process. You will feel confident knowing that your project is completed properly. Your property will be kept clean and tidy throughout the entire project.
